These terms explain how FairFound works, what you can publish on the platform, and how we handle ranking integrity, moderation, and acceptable use.

FairFound is a launch and discovery platform for new products. By using the service, you agree to act lawfully, keep your account information accurate, and avoid behavior that harms other makers, voters, or the integrity of the ranking system.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including product submissions, votes, comments, feedback, and uploads.
You must provide accurate signup information and maintain control of your login credentials. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is used for fraud, impersonation, abuse, or repeated violations of platform rules.
Certain actions, including voting and commenting, may require a verified email address or a minimum account age before they unlock.
When you submit a product, you confirm that you have the right to publish its name, copy, logo, screenshots, and launch details on FairFound.
You keep ownership of your content, but you grant FairFound permission to host, display, resize, cache, and distribute that content as needed to operate the product page, feeds, previews, and launch-related surfaces.
FairFound uses ranking and trust systems that may consider votes, comments, feedback, timing, and anti-abuse signals. Rankings are platform output, not a guarantee of quality, traffic, or business results.
We may review suspicious votes, hide flagged products, remove comments, or take other moderation action to protect the platform. Moderation decisions may be logged and may affect public visibility.
You may not use FairFound to spam, manipulate rankings, impersonate others, scrape protected data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
Attempts to game launches, votes, or moderation systems may result in hidden listings, discarded engagement, account restrictions, or removal from the platform.
FairFound may rely on third-party infrastructure for authentication, storage, email, caching, analytics, background jobs, and hosting. Their availability can affect how the service behaves.
Links to external product websites are provided for convenience. FairFound is not responsible for third-party sites, their claims, or their security practices.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including launch flows, ranking logic, and moderation tooling.
We may also update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of FairFound after a material update means you accept the revised terms.
